Free MP3 CD-ROM Request Form

If you would like a free MP3 CD-ROM of any of the following selections, please fill out the form below and submit your request. Due to the high cost of producing and mailing these CD-ROM's, we are only sending one CD-ROM of each type to an email address or person. Multiple requests for the same CD-ROM from the same person or email address will be discarded.

These CD's are NOT audio CD's. They require a computer or other player capable of playing MP3's on a CD-ROM. Using a computer, these MP3 files can be transferred from the CD-ROM's to a portable MP3 player. Please do not request a CD-ROM unless you have a way to listen.

We ask you only make one request for a free CD-ROM each two months or 60 days.
